HOW TO FIND US

The Pass Inn is located just above the N59 Clifden to Westport road, midway between the villages of Letterfrack and Leenane. Or if you are coming from Galway and Oughterard (N59), turn right at Recess (R344) and enjoy the drive through the mountains: you will see the hotel in front of you after 10 miles (16km).

AIR TRAVEL         Irish airports are serviced by a substantial number of international airlines as well as national carriers Aer Lingus and Ryan Air. Shannon and Dublin are the major airports, but direct and connecting flights may also be available to Knock and/or Galway, both of which are about an hour’s drive from The Pass Inn. BUSES In addition to Bus Eireann, the national bus line, numerous private bus services operate within Ireland. Regular and frequent services are available from all parts of the country to Galway city. Connemara itself is serviced by Bus Eireann and a very reliable local carrier, Michael Nee Buses. CAR HIRE Cars are available for hire at all the airports and many travel agents offer fly-drive packages which may result in considerable savings.
